Bollywood actress Madhuri Dixit, who is settled in the United States after marriage, has said she was open to film offers!
"I have been offered scripts and will sign if something very interesting comes up. Logistics can be worked out whether the film can be shot in the US or India," she told reporters in Mumbai over the phone from New York.
The `Dhak Dhak' girl was the guest star of the Amitabh Bachchan’s `Unforgettable' tour in the United States and performed in six cities, including the last one in New York. About interaction with Big B, Madhuri said it was good fun to be part of the US leg of the tour that started last month and consists of Bollywood style song and dance shows. "Though I have not
worked with him in any films, I have always admired Bachchan and this tour was a good opportunity to interact with him. There is so much to learn from Amitabh Bachchan."
The actress, who dominated the silver screen in most parts of 1990s after making her debut in 1984, said the tour was a thrilling and unforgettable experience.
She said her husband, surgeon Sriram Nene, accompanied her to some of the shows. "Amitabh Bachchan is the only Indian film star my husband recognises and he remembers watching only `Amar Akbar Anthony'. He told me that Bachchan was excellent on stage."
My kids are too small to travel with me. They came only to Los Angeles. Otherwise they stay with my mother-in-law," the actress said. Madhuri said her two sons would start going to school from this month.

How will i tell you?who you are to me? How will? your face is my life, your body is like sandalwod and its fragrance, you are my passion and feelings,
you are the air that i breath, your hair is like clouds, blossoms bloom on your lips, your eyes are like a lake, The moon is shy from your face, your voice is like music, your skin is like color of flowers, your walk is like a slow river, How beautiful you are , your skin has the color of one thousand butterflies, Is this a dreem? How will i tell you, abuot my implatience? How will i tell you ? how you are to me? For me you are all the good manners. Aaftab Begum From Pakistan |
